I have several users who run Outlook 2002 Service Pack 2
on their PCs and who are experiencing the same problem.
They receive messages from other users and the messages
will have an "attachment icon" as though there should be
an attachment. When they open the message there is no
attachment, and when they check with the sender, the
sender confirms there was no attachment.
Does anyone know why the attachment icon would be showing
up when there is no attachment? The messages are usually
being sent between two Exchange users on the same server.
