Outlook 2002_Sharing contacts and calendars

Can a single company calendar be created and shared in a
small office environment without the use of an Exchange
server? Can we share a contacts list as well, again
without Exchange? IN outlook 2000 we could use Net
folders to share calendars and contacts. Can't
find "share" on any menus in outlook 2002.
