Outlook 2003 – Email dynamic behavior in Read Mode

Could anyone suggest a way for this problem:

* I receive an email with the sender's phone number

* When the email is open for reading in outlook 2003 the phone number
automatically
change to a hyperlink. This hyperlink would point to a website with the
phone number in the query string.

I tried working designing a Message form and publishing it
however could not figure out the right way.
