Outlook 2003 - ActiveX warning message when adding signature

Z

I have just created an outlook signature with Word, which is pretty
simple,
just text using the Lucida Sans font and saved in external html file
and set
it to be added automatically to new messages. Each time I start
creating a
new message I get a warning about ActiveX control and I see a
transparent
(empty) square just above the signature. How can I find the reason /
remedy
for that? And why this happens on a normal text???

Here's an html code of my signature generated by word:

<html xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml"
xmlns:eek:="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:eek:ffice"
xmlns:w="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:eek:ffice:word"

When you change your email signature in outlook there is a butto
labeled "Advanced Editor". What happens when you click on that

I did try in many possible ways. The only way I could fix it
deselected Word as a default editor

I think that was what i did a couple of years ago too; haven't change
my sig since though
