Outlook 2003 address book view

When i use Outlook's 2003/Exchange2003 - addressbook, i would like to see
the field "Mobile:"
(without taking properties on the receipient, and choose Phone/Notes)

Is it possible to choose which fields that should be displayed when using
the addressbook in Outlook 2003?

No.

Yes it is. Just modify the Details Templates in Exchange System Manager. You find them under "Organisation Name" | Recipients and
the template you need to modify is User.
