When I go to send a new e-mail message, I click the To... feild, I would
like for all the contacts in my Outlook contacts folder to be available. How
do I do that?

As of now, there is nothing listed.

Make sure that the Outlook Address Book option is selected on the Contacts
folder's properties. If it's not and you can't select it you'll need to add
the service in Tools-> E-mail Accounts.

First check that the Contact folder is enabled as an email address book,
right click the folder choose Properties > Outlook Address Book tab > check
"enable as email address book"

Thanks! That did it, but now there are 3 selections in the dropdown menu
"Show Names from the:". "Outlook Address Book" which is empty, "Contacts"
which is empty, and "Contacts" which has all my contacts in it. How do I get
rid of those other 2 that are empty?

Thanks that did it. But now the problem is I have 2 of 3 address books which
are empty and unused. I'd like to get rid of them.

Tools-> Address Book. In Address Book; Tools-> Options. Here you can add and
remove addresslists from your address book.

You would need to remove the Outlook Address Book Service and then add it
back in, to do this go to Tools > Email Accounts > check "View or change
existing directories or address books" > NEXT > remove the Outlook Address
Book close and restart Outlook and then re-add it > close and restart
Outlook.
