Outlook 2003 Addressees

Sometimes in my new Outlook 2003 there will be an apostrophe before and
after email address.

This occurs on incoming messages and messages I originate. I have checked
my address book and can find nothing different between those entries that
end up with the apostrophes and those that don't.

I don't have the apostrophes in any of me address book/contacts entries.

Any ideas?
