Outlook 2003 Adress Book "Type name or Select from list"

Hallo.
I have a couple of computers that have a problem with the
function "Type name or Select from list" in Outlook
Adress Book.
The problem is with Swedish letter åäö.
If I enter Håkan Karlsson, it works directly. But on some
computers the user need to enter Hakan Karlsson.
Anybody know what the problem can be?
Every user have Swedish Mui pack.
