Outlook 2003: Adressing e-mails using the contacts list

R

Robin Blackwell

Hi,

In Outlook 2003, if I create a new e-mail, click on the "To" button, and
select "Show names from the 'Contacts' List", I get my list of contacts OK,
but the displayed list shows it 'first name, then surname' order. How can I
changer this around to be 'surname, then first name' order. There must be a
simple way to do this, but I can't find it! Any help appreciated.

Regards,

Robin Blackwell

Simple but not obvious: Tools | Email Accounts > View or change existing
directories or address
books. Select Outlook Address Book, then click Change.
