Do all the other folders still contan their information? If so you've
probably customized your view to hide all read messages. While in the Inbox
go to View-> Arrange By-> Custom...-> button Reset Current View...

Reset the view and we go from there. Also rightclick the folder-> properties
and check the foldersize. If it's not zero then it still holds your mail.

Hi,
I did as your instructions, and I found it's not zero. As
you said that if it's not zero then it still holds your
mail, but I can not find the lost email that I am looking
for, how I can find the email, please teach me. Thank you.
