Outlook 2003 always running?

Any way to prevent Outlook from running in the background after the Outlook
client is closed? The only way I have found to kill it is in the process
list...

Some other process is keeping it open. In my case it is the Yahoo
desktop search tool or the Blackberry desktop manager.
