I am running Outlook 2003, having upgraded from Outlook XP, at home. I am
connected to my ISP via a 'permanently on' broadband connection. Sometimes
during the day I come to check ,ail and find that Outlook is prompting me
for my password. My wife and I share the same client for our individual
mailboxes.
When prompted for our passwords, we check the save password check box and
click OK. Sometimes it somes up with an error saying it could not download
the mail, yet when you hit 'Send/Receive' again it downloads mail without an
issue.
Any ideas how to stop it asking for our passwords?
Many thanks.
