Outlook 2003 and Business Contact Manager

So if we take on Outlook 2003 and the Business Contact
Manager, we are not going to be able to import all the
previous contact files, data, etc.? And if I need to send
someone a calendar and they only have Outlook 2002, they
are not going to be able to read it?
