Outlook 2003 and Business Contact Manager

I would like to be able to back up the following:

Emails
Notes
Tasks
Calendar
Contacts
All Business Contact Manager data
Outlook categories
Email signatures

What's the best solution, please. Does the back up utility cover all of
these items?

Dont use BCM so cannot say, but backup/copy pst takes care of the rest
