Outlook 2003 and Citrix

Hi all, this is bugging me and I have not been able to find anything
on Google so fingers crossed, somebody can help!.

I have Outlook 2003 running on Windows Server 2003 and Citrix XPe.
All office applications work fine. Outlook via Citrix works OK until
a user tries to open an email that has an attachment (either by
double-clicking the email or using the preview pane). Once this
happens, Outlook just hangs. If you leave it for 2-3 minutes,
eventually it crashes with the "Send Error to Microsoft" window.

They can open, send and recieve e-mails just fine otherwise.

Any ideas anyone?
