I had Business Contact Mgr. this morning, but it appears
to have disappeared. I still have an option that
says "business contacts" and "accounts in business
contacts", but I can't add new ones, I can't link
history, etc. The Business Tools menu has disappeared.
And all my email history is showing up in every contact
(every email I have is attached to every business contact
record even if the emails aren't from that person or even
remotely related).
I installed an iPAQ (3800 series) earlier. Could that
have messed it up? Should I just re-install BCM?
The other day, my "send/receive" button just
disappeared. Called MS, they had me create a new
profile, said sometimes these things just happen. Not
sure if it's related, but thought I'd mention it just in
case.
