Outlook 2003 and Mime encoded e-mails messages

I have Outlook 2003 and for some reason I have started to receive some of my
e-mail, not all of them what appears to be mime encoded.

Has anyone had this problem? Anyone know how to solve this issue? I am
using a hosted exchange provider that has not been any help with this one.
