Everytime my Office 2007 does an auto-update from the WEB I can no longer
open an Office file simply by double-clicking the file from Windows Explorer.
Files will also not open directly from within Outlook. Instead I get a
"Windows Installer" message from Office 2003. The fix that I have been using
for this issue is to repair Office 2007 each and every time it happens which
is quite annoying. Is there any other work around to this issue? I about
ready to swich out my Outlook 2003 to Thunderbird.
