Outlook 2003 and Public Folders

In outlook 2003 I am not able to access public folders. I can see the public
folder tree / list but the individual folders are not accessible. It is not
a permission problem because I have permisssions and the public folders were
accesible till I installed the latest outlook 2003 service pack.

Now outlook returns an error saying "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft
Office Outlook could not access the specified folder location. The operation
failed"

We have Exchange 5.5. Anybody know a solution to this problem?

diane,

I tried and it does not work. i reinstalled and it worked, but i installed
the service pack and it is gone again. I am not able to access..

Any other ways?
