Outlook 2003 and RPC over HTTP??

Dear all,

Have install Exchange 2003 with RPC component and IIS6 set according the
Exchange Deployment Guide but on the Outlook 2003 side, I could not find
(missing) the "Exchange proxy setting" page from the connection tab as
suggested in MS documentation. Has anyone experience the same problem?
What is the remedy for this? Thanks.
