Outlook 2003 and RPC

I just converted from Outlook 2002 to 2003 but when I open
2003 it will not connect ot the Exchange Server. It gives
me an error saying that RPC is not configured properly.
It worked fine under 2002. I am connecting through my
local network which is running SBS 2000.

Any ideas
