[Windows XP Pro/Office 2003 Pro]
After upgrading to a newer anti-virus program (Symantec v9), I keep getting
this error when opening an email (with and without attachments):
"The add-in "E:\Program Files\Symantec_Client_Security\Symantec
Antivirus..." could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be
resolved by using Detect and repair on the Help menu."
I did the following:
1. Uninstalled and installed Symantec Anti-virus (twice)
2. Unchecked Auto-protect option for email (twice)
3. ran Detect and Repair (twice)
I am still having this problem. Anybody have a possible solution?
