Outlook 2003: Any faster way to insert hyperlink?

Hello,

I find it time consuming to insert hyperlink for files under the same
folder as
the cursor returns to the default folder of C:\My document.

I am using Window 2000 server and have files at various drives such as drive
E, G, T etc.

Is there anyway I could access to the recent folder without having to look
all over again for same folder at the directory tree?
