outlook 2003 - anyway to sync my calendar - pop3 access, no Exchange Server

hello, i use Outlook 2003 at home and at the office. and i have the
problem of not being able to keep my appointments in sync. so if i am
at home and i create a meeting request, when i get to the office i
don't see that request in my calendar and i have to manualy create it
again. any suggestions?

i have tried using pcanywhere or remote desktop to connect to my office
from home. however it is not feasible to always do this.
