Outlook 2003 Application Permissions

We've got an in house application used to process Work Orders. It works
flawlessly with Outlook versions 2000, 2003, and 2007 on several machines.

Two computers Running Outlook 2003 have this problem where when they use the
function to export to an email, Outlook pops up with a window asking if you'd
like to allow permission for this application to access the address book. If
you select Allow you get an option for 1 minute, 5 minutes, or 10 minutes, or
you can select No, or Help.

If you select Allow it works but of course, only for 10 minutes at a time.
Is there a way to disable this security feature?

How are these 2 computers different from the other Outlook 2003 computers on
which it works flawlessly?

It appears that the application has been programmed securely as it doesn't
raise the prompt on the others. Your issue must be somewhere else. Probably
the Redemption component of the add-in somehow got disabled if it has been
programmed with Redemption.

Properly programmed applications should not raise this prompt at all.
