Outlook 2003 appointment problem

Our Career Services area schedules about 10 different
people using Outlook 2003. When they schedule
appointments on one persons calender sometimes they will
jump to another person's calender. Sometimes they will
duplicate on multiple calenders as well. I know this
sounds like user error but I have seen it for myself and
I don't have a clue as to why it does this. Anybody else
seen this before?
