outlook 2003 associate account with folder

Hi
need to associate an email account with an inbox folder.
i undersand rules and alerts but want to set default
account to use when sending/replying to mail to be a
specified email account for each inbox folder - this
gives correct reply email address and name. also would
like default signature to be associated with an inbox
folder or email account.
