Outlook 2003 attachement not opened

Hi,

I've just installed Outlook 2003 and I have this problem: a friend sent me an e-mail containing an attached e-mail message (signed, if it matters), and Outlook wouldn't open it saying "An error occured in the underlying security system".

How can I open that file? Note that that file has a ZIP file attached, so this could be the problem.
