We have been running Outlook 2000 for several years and implemented the
Outlook security public folder to allow certain attachments to be received.
We recently upgraded to Exchange 2003 and are planning on a client upgrade
to Outlook 2003. The Security settings appear to work fine as long as we are
operating in cache mode but if we disable cache, attachments are again being
blocked.
Is there something new that needs to be implemented with Outlook 2003?
