Outlook 2003 Attachment Line?

How do I get the attachment line back? After installing
Outlook 2003 all attchments go into the body of the
message instead of the attachment line such as in Outlook
2002. Any help would be helpful.

The message format decides where the attachment is
placed. Using Rich Text Format places the attachment in
the body of the message. Using plain text or HTML will
place the attachment in a separate window.

Tools->Options->Mail Format tab is where you can set your
message format.
