A user sent a picture file as well as a Contact/biz card to two separate
users but the recipients cannot see the attachments. The Excel file appeared
as blank and the biz card appeared as a one-liner that is the name of the
card holder. When she sent both to me, I received them without any problem.
Any idea how this could have happened and what I can do to solve these
problems? We are all using Outlook 2003, using Rich Text Format and Office
2003 as email editor.
