Outlook 2003 Attachments

When I sent an e-mail with an attachment, the recipient
is not getting the attachment even though it is showing
up in my sent box with the attachment. Most of the time
it is working fine but other times its not. If I forward
the same e-mail with the attachment to another person, it
is being received fine. Any explanations?

Assuming the recipient is not using Microsoft Outlook (e.g. they are using
Outlook Express, Netscape, Eudora, The Bat!, .etc), try changing your
message format to plain text or html and consider disabling Word as your
e-mail editor.
