I have two notebooks with Outlook 2003 upgraded from
Outlook XP. It works with Exchange 2000 by IMAP and SMTP.
Now every 5 min. it try to send something and in
application event log of Exchange Server I see: "Event
Type: Warning
Event Source: MSExchangeTransport
Event Category: SMTP Protocol
Event ID: 1711
Date: 22.05.2004
Time: 17:40:08
User: N/A
Computer: MSExchange
Description:
The SMTP client "*.*.*.*" authenticated as
user "MYDOMAIN\User" attempted to send as "<>". Access
was denied because the sender's SMTP address does not
exist. "
How to fix it?
