I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 from 2002. I ran my Auto Archive but noticed
after it finished that my mailbox size had not reduced and that messages
older than my settings (3 months) were still in my folders. I created a new
Archive file and repeated the process, no change. I went in and made sure all
folders were set to use the Default Auto Archive settings and tried again, no
luck. I have all the latest patches & updates for Outlook and Office
installed. Any suggestions?
