Outlook 2003 Auto Reply

I would like to set up an e-mail address that will auto reply to the sender
with attachments. I don't need to read these emails so they can be
immediately deleted. Please provide explicit instructions. Thank You.

If this is junk/spam mail then simply set up a rule to perminently delete
mail from this specifice sender.
A reply merely confirms the your address is valid

Hello,

This is the situation. I have set up an e-mail address called [email protected]
Replace mail with my domain. I activated the Out of Office. I also put 3
attachments in the Out of Office reply. When someone within our Domain
e-mails [email protected], they receive an Out of Office reply with 3
attachments. Everything works fine.

The problem is when someone who is not in our Domain. When they e-mail
[email protected], they do not recieve an Out of Office reply. Why?

This seems to work only for internal employees. Thanks.

By default, Exchange won't reply automatically to outside addresses.
