Outlook 2003: Auto send/receive

Mail setup for "All Accounts" checked Schedule an automatic send/receive
every - 20minutes.
But Outlook seems to be executing send/receive every 1 minute!

Please advise.

Why does it "seems to" according to you?
As we cannot look over your shoulder from here; you'll have to tell us and
be a bit more detailed ;-)

I have 3 hotmail accounts and 1 gmail accounts linked to Outlook.

In Mail Setup - Send/Receive - Groups, there's a default Group Name "All
Accounts", set schedule automatic send/receive every 20 minutes.

I watch the status bar of outlook with a watch and see
"send/receive" appear approximately every 60 secs +- a few secs and often
adjusting to other times each minute.

It was frequent the status-bar message which first caught my attention.
What more can I add?
