Outlook 2003 automatically close itself

XP PRO SP2. Office Pro 2003 SP1.
Recently, out of the blue, my outlook 2003 will close itself after the
machine gets idel for about 20 minutes or so. Nothing about it in event log.
Restart it working just fine.

Any ideas?
