Outlook 2003 Automatically Starts in WinXP SP2

Ever since I installed Win XP Pro SP2, My MS Outlook 2003 automatically
starts everytime I turn my computer on. How do I change that so it doesn't
automatically start?

Do you have Outlook in your Start-up folder?
Do yo use a PPC and have it cradled when you start the PC?
