Outlook 2003 BCM Business Contact Form

Greg

I cannot add or open a contact in BCM. When I attempt to
do this I get the following error 'The form required to
view this message cannot be displayed. Contact your
administrator.' BCM has crashed a few times and this may
be the source of the problem. I cannot tell if the form
is corrupted or missing. I have also not found a way to
define an alternate form, with BCM these types of things
seem to be locked down.
Any ideas on how to correct this?

In Outlook go to tools\options\other\advanced options\custom
forms\manage forms\clear cache. The next time you try to add a contact,
you'll get a message indicating that Outlook is adding a new
form...that's fine and you should be set.

Well you should do a search for the file frmcache.dat on your system an
rename it to frmcache.old .you should not get the error message again.

this will not hurt your system in any way.
