Outlook 2003 Beta 2 and Business Contact Manager

Hi,
Earlier this summer, I mentioned that my BCM had disappear. I got it back
working again, but every time that I reboot my computer, I loose it, and I need
to do a repair all over again to make it work.

What can I do to make it work with out having to do a repair every time that I
need to reboot.
