Outlook 2003 Beta 2 - .ost file recovery

We have had a bit of an Exchange nightmare and .pst's no
longer exist. I used the Offline Cache option so I have a
nice big 370mb .ost file with a good chunk of recoverable
e-mail, but how do I get at it? Is there anyway of
converting it to a .pst file to import?

OfficeRecovery.com doesnt support Outlook 2003 yet and I
would really appreciate anyone's help to recover my e-
mail from this .ost file.
