Outlook 2003 blank body text

I removed 2003 beta, then installed 2003. Now all my e-
mail has blank body text.

I have tried repair, remove, re-install, to no avail.

Tech SUpport says "Tough. You used a BETA, so just re-
install Windows XP and you are good to go."

Anyone have any other suggestions?
