Outlook 2003 Blank Emails

I have been receiving emails using Outlook 2003 on my laptop that are
blank. The symptoms are:

These blank emails are only from one person and are not blank on other
people's email accounts.

I had our IT guys remove and reinstall my Office suite. This did not
fix the problem.

I can create an email account on another computer and these emails are
not blank.

I can access my email by a web portal, using the same laptop, and the
emails are NOT blank.
