Use censorware for that. Some products include scanning of e-mail and web
traffic to look for strings that you have defined as sensitive and will
alert you when it finds those strings. I think McAfee's Parental Control
had that feature. Norton's stuff probably has it, too. If you're concerned
about sensitive info going out via e-mails then you should also be concerned
about it leaking out through your web browser.
