Outlook 2003 bug sending email when configured to retreive hotmai.

I upgraded to Outlook 2003.
One bugs seems to be using the http account type with hotmail.
Outlook receives emails successfully, but can no longer reply to emails in
hotmail.
(Outlook is configured with a exchange account and a http account).

Is it a free Hotmail account? It's not an Outlook bug. Microsoft is
disabling Outlook access to free Hotmail accounts.

It's not access to a free hotmail account, we have a full account. Everything
works fine on another computer running Outlook 2000, but not with Outlook
2003.
