Outlook 2003 Business Contact Manager

Suddenly I cannot open a contact or create a contact in Business Contact
Manager. The error dialogue is, "Business Contact Manager is unable to
initialize this form."

I have not edited the contact form. I can easily open all contacts not
filed in Business Contact Manager.

How can I correct this problem? Do you have any idea what might have caused
it?

Could be the Outlook forms cache is corrupt. Search this newsgroup for
fixes.
