Outlook 2003 but Office 2002

J

Jan Agermose

Hi

A user is running Outlook 2002 and just upgraded Outlook to Outlook
2003, but still "only" Office 2002.

Now, if the user writes a document in Word and presses "send as email"
he is prompted

translated from danish:
"Word was unable to read the email envolope. This might be due to
network problems or the Office intallation".

The upgrade of Outlook is done as part of a move from POP3 accounts to
Exchange 2003.

Windows XP

Any ideas?

Best regards
Jan Agermose

Mixed modes of Outlook/Office do not work, especially office automation as
you have seen. Why could you not keep using Outlook 2002? It integrates
with Exchange server as do all versions of Outlook.
