Outlook 2003 Cache Mode and the Organizational Forms Library

Hello All:

We have two message classes that we create for our product that are derived
from IPM.Note (let's call them IPM.Note.Foo and IPM.Note.Foo.Bar). We
publish a single form to display a the same icon for each of these message
classes. That form is based on the IPM.Note.Foo message class, knowing that
the IPM.Note.Foo.Bar class will also be handled by that form. The only time
that IPM.Note.Foo.Bar is not handled by the form (i.e. showing the IPM.Note
icon) is when users are running Outlook 2003 in cached mode and the form is
published only as an Organizational Form. If we copy the form to the
Personal Forms, then it works as expected. Also if we turn off cached mode,
then it works as expected. Neither of these are an option for our customers
who expect our icon to appear for both message classes. Is there a solution
to this problem other than creating a second form for IPM.Note.Foo.Bar and
publishing both forms?

Thanks for any help in advance,

Kevin
