Outlook 2003 Calendar Event Scheduling Question

A

Alex Lawson

When scheduling an event and adding attendees, I see their color code
depending on if they are Busy, Tentative, Out of Office or No Information.

On some computers, if you move the mouse over their event, it shows a tool
tip of what they are actually doing (unless marked private). But other
computers like mine, when I move my mouse over their event, it does not show
a tool tip.

How do I enable this tool tip to see their schedule?

You can't - the user has to enable it on their computer. I leave mine off - you don't need to know where I am, just my status.

Tools->Options->Calendar Options->Planner Options. Show Calendar details in Grid - I have mine unchecked.

I am not talking about showing the details in the grid. Just the tool tip
when you hover above someone elses event.

However I followed your steps (on both computers) and I am still unable to
view their event.
