I have a user who opens up the calendars of two other users. She likes
the fact that it displays all three calendars at once, but Outlook keeps
swapping the order of the extra two calendars around. So when she gets an
email and tries to add an appointment to one of them, there is a chance
that she will add it to the wrong one. Especially if the names have
disappeared from the top again. Is there a way to stick the calendars
into a particular order? I've arranged them on the Outlook bar in the correct
order so that when they're opened they're OK. But if she switches to her
inbox or contacts, there's a good chance that they'll re-arrange
themselves on her.
